3 to 6 Preschool
Montessori preschool stimulates the child’s curiosity and creates a life-long love for learning.
The primary goal of the 3-6 preschool class is to nurture the whole child. The children receive lessons and do independent work in traditional academic areas such as math, reading, and science, but are also taught to practice good social and cultural skills such as grace, courtesy, and respect.
“Any child who is self-sufficient, who can tie his shoes, dress or undress himself, reflects in his joy and sense of achievement the image of human dignity, which is derived from a sense of independence.” –Maria Montessori
The integrated approach of a Montessori preschool program encourages children to be self-confident, resourceful, and productive members of the society that they will soon be entering.
